Can I choose the club, country or size?
No — the surprise is the whole point. You can tell us your size preference when ordering and we will do our best to match it from available stock, but the club, country and season are entirely random.

Will my shirt have a nameset?
Some do and some don't. Namesets are not guaranteed, but a proportion of mystery shirts come with a player name and number already applied.

Are the shirts original or reproductions?
Every shirt in a mystery pack is an original club or national team shirt. We do not include modern retro reissues or replicas.

What condition will the shirt be in?
Excellent condition as a minimum, ranging up to Brand New With Tags. Every shirt is inspected and graded by hand at our stores in Oslo and Stavanger before it goes into a pack.

Can I return or exchange it if I don't like the team?
Mystery shirts are sold as a surprise, so we cannot exchange based on which club or country you receive. If there is a genuine fault with the shirt, contact us and we will sort it out.
