We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders shipped within Norway and Europe.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Refunds

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalize the refund
