History

Le Coq Sportif returned as Cameroon's supplier for the Africa Cup of Nations held in Cameroon in early 2022, with a design carrying embossed lion paw marks for the Indomitable Lions. In July 2022 the federation ended the contract early and signed with One All Sports, who produced the kits actually worn at the World Cup in Qatar. A French court ruled the Le Coq Sportif contract was still valid, but the brand's World Cup range was never worn in a match. Anything from this range had a very short life on the pitch.
