Shipping Policy:

• Shipping Charges:
  ◦ Orders above 1500 NOK: Free shipping
  ◦ Orders below 1500 NOK: Shipping charge of 69 NOK
  ◦ Shipping cost may vary based on weight, size, and destination
• Shipping Time:
  ◦ Orders processed and shipped within 2–4 business days
  ◦ Shipping times within Norway take 2–7 business days
  ◦ Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances
• Order Tracking:
  ◦ All orders shipped with tracking information
  ◦ Customers receive email notification with tracking number once order is shipped
  ◦ Customers can track order on the advised shipper’s website or app
• Delivery:
  ◦ Deliveries made Monday to Friday during standard business hours
  ◦ Courier attempts delivery once; if the customer is not available, a notice is left for pickup at a nearby location
  ◦ Packages must be picked up within 14 days or they will be returned to us, and the customer will be charged for return shipping fees
• International Shipping:
  ◦ Available to select countries
  ◦ Orders processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
  ◦ Shipping fees calculated based on weight, size, and destination
  ◦ Delivery times vary based on destination and can take 7–21 business days
  ◦ Customs, Duties & Taxes:
  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees that may apply when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  TheFootballIdiots is not responsible for any additional charges, delays caused by customs, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.
  We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
  ◦ Important notice regarding USA and Puerto Rico:
  As of August 23, 2025, shipments valued under 800 USD cannot be sent via Posten Bring due to the removal of duty- and tax-free allowances in the United States.
  ◦ Exceptions apply for shipments over 800 USD, gifts under 100 USD, documents, and certain business services.
  ◦ EMS service to the USA is no longer available.
  ◦ This may cause delays or changes to return handling and liability processes as customs procedures are clarified.
