About Us – TheFootballIdiots

We are two passionate football enthusiasts with a deep love for the game and a long history of collecting football shirts.

TheFootballIdiots was founded in 2023 by stepfather and stepson, Alan Scott and Alexsander Lind Jensen, after years of buying, selling and collecting football shirts together.

What started as a shared hobby quickly grew into something much bigger. We realised that football fans were often paying premium prices for the latest releases, while some of football's most unique, iconic and interesting shirts were becoming increasingly difficult to find. We wanted to create a place where supporters could discover shirts with history, character and stories behind them.

Our mission was never simply to sell football shirts. We wanted to build a community around football culture and create a destination for collectors, supporters and anyone who appreciates the history of the game.

Since launching, TheFootballIdiots has grown from a side project into one of Norway's best-known football shirt specialists. Following several successful pop-up events and community initiatives, we opened Norway's first dedicated football shirt store in Stavanger.

Despite the growth, TheFootballIdiots remains very much a family business. Alongside Alan and Alex, other family members help with the day-to-day running of the company, events and customer experience. The values behind the business remain the same as when we started: authenticity, honesty, community and a genuine passion for football.

Oslo Chapter – A New Milestone

In December 2025, we achieved something we never imagined possible when we first started:
We opened our second physical store, located in the heart of Grünerløkka in Oslo.

This expansion marks a huge milestone for us — and it would not have been possible without the contribution of Suhaib Khursheed, our Strategic Partner and incoming owner .

While not a founder, Suhaib has played a decisive role in making the Oslo store a reality.
In addition to his strategic insight and day-to-day commitment, Suhaib brings years of international experience in sports equipment production, sourcing, and high-level quality control. His expertise ensures that our standards for authenticity, originality, and product quality remain uncompromising — a cornerstone of what TheFootballIdiots stands for.

His dedication and availability on the ground allowed us to grow at a pace we could never have managed alone, and we are proud to have him as part of our leadership and our future.
