What a weekend.
This year, TheFootballIdiots packed up a selection of football shirts and headed to Utopia Festival in Stavanger — and it turned out to be one of those weekends we won’t forget anytime soon.
Football shirts belong at festivals 👕
We’ve always believed football shirts are about much more than what happens on the pitch.
They’re fashion, memories, identity and culture — and judging by the number of football shirts walking around Utopia, we’re definitely not the only ones who think so.
Throughout the weekend, we got to meet loads of new people, see some brilliant festival fits and, of course, send plenty of shirts off to new homes.
From classic shirts and international teams to modern favourites, it was great seeing everyone dig through the rails looking for that one shirt.
Mystery Shirts, gift cards & a risky coin flip 👀
We wanted to have a little fun with our Mystery Shirts at Utopia too.
Before the festival, we secretly placed TFI gift cards inside random Mystery Shirt boxes. Nobody knew which boxes had them — including the people buying them.
And then there was the coin flip…
One customer was given the chance to go double or nothing with Alan.
Lose the flip and pay double.
Win the flip and the shirt was free.
He took the gamble.
He won. 😂🪙
Safe to say Alan might think twice before offering that one again.

The biggest takeaway from the weekend wasn’t how many shirts we sold.
It was the people.
Whether you bought a shirt, picked up a Mystery Shirt, stopped for a chat, joined in with the madness or simply came over to see what TFI was about — thank you.
We also want to say a massive thank you to everyone behind Utopia for having us and for putting together such a brilliant weekend in Stavanger.
TFI started with a love for football shirts, and weekends like this are exactly what we want the business to be about: football, shirts, culture and meeting people who love it as much as we do.
We’re already looking forward to the next one.
